Created a future platform for a sustainable entertainment network, which became the largest urban music on-demand entertainment site in the world. Developed a long-term future-relevant strategic plan to leverage emerging broadcasting avenues, digital convergences, future devices and interfaces. Led the company into new entertainment areas beyond music, such as comedy, film and games.
